Mission
Our mission at Northstar Cheer is to foster individual accomplishment and a sense of teamwork that will follow our athletes through their lives and give them the tools to be capable and contributing members of society.  The fact that cheerleading is a co-ed sport makes it a perfect place for young people, male and female, to learn to work together for a common goal.  This is the wave of the future and all star cheer is our way of contributing to it.

We take pride in teaching our athletes the importance of valuing the contributions of everyone involved.  Each athlete has strengths and weaknesses that they bring to any given situation,  Our job is to “ accentuate the positive and eliminate the negative”  and try to work it all out.
